ABOUT ME

 Welcome to "The Barking Barber Grooming Company"!   My name is Beth and I provide mobile dog grooming services in the Southern NH area. My goal is to keep your furry friend looking and feeling their best and I believe this can be achieved through a personalized, at-home mobile grooming experience.

Before I began my grooming career, I taught special education students for 21 years.  I then took on the role as a Preschool Special Education Administrator.  Teaching and special education will always hold a special place in my heart but I chose to embark on this new grooming adventure as animals, specifically dogs, have always been a passion of mine.  I truly love each and every dog I groom and treat them as if they were my own!

I have successfully completed the "Canine Skin and Coat" technician program through The Wole Pet Grooming Academy.  I am also First Aid/CPR certified through Pet Tech.  In addition, training has focused on behavior and how it relates to grooming, handling geriatric and fearful dogs, and salon safety and sanitation. The Barking Barber Grooming Company is fully insured as I recognize that I am responsible for the safety and well being of your pet while they are in my care.  

When I am not grooming, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and 2 dogs.  When I have the time, I enjoy a good book, exercising, cooking, and practicing yoga.
